Shipping information

Express delivery worldwide

Shipments are made by SDA couriers within 24/72 hours following payment, all are supplied with tracking numbers and the customer can check the delivery status at any time. 

We ship from Monday to Friday, so if you place an order at the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be shipped on the first day available. 

If the two delivery attempts by the courier should not be successful, the customer can collect the goods at their local post office within 10 days. 
It is also possible to get the goods delivered directly to your post office.

A phone number is required for all orders, and could also be useful to the courier in case of problems with the delivery, so providing a mobile phone number is recommended.
Although we use the best couriers, we shall not responsible for any delays in delivery and for any inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our company's control.

N.B. For deliveries by courier, the name of the parcel recipient must be indicated on the intercom/bell.
Attention: any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. Dimoda Outlet has no control over these expenses. For more information we advise you to contact the customs authorities of the destination country.
